YOGA RETREATS

Feel the benefits of a 2-day Yoga Retreat in the beautiful surroundings of coastal Devon. I have teamed up with a local Yoga studio, Jala Flow Yoga, to create specially designed Yoga Retreats, which combine the myriad benefits of Yoga with your preference of complementary activities helping you to achieve balance, focus, and a renewed sense of self.

Yoga Retreats are available for all levels of Yoga enthusiast, from beginner to advanced. The sessions and itineraries are fluid and have no fixed structure, allowing you to experience them organically and at your own pace.

The objective is for you to achieve your personal goals through our expert guidance and in a tranquil environment removed from the distractions of everyday life.

  • Walking the beach / Coastal path

A reservation will be made at a Bed & Breakfast in the village as part of your 2-day Yoga Retreat.

Please note, evening meals are not included, but there are several good restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.
